Reiki Get-togethers with Friends
Gather a few friends for a Reiki Get-together. There are two fabulous formats available each approximately two hours.
Format I: Inquisitive Minds: $170*
You and your friends will have the opportunity to explore the Five Reiki Principles (see sidebar) followed by time to relax/meditate while receiving a short Reiki treatment each.
Format II: Reiki Social: $170*
You and your friends will receive a brief introduction to Reiki and its benefits followed by individual sessions for each - those not being treated can mingle and socialise!
Corporate Services
Corporate investment in the health and well being of employees is a sure way to improve employer goodwill, employee engagement and work life balance!
Workplace Lunch and Learns: $85*
Reiki Lunch and Learns are a great opportunity for employees to take a break from the regular lunch routine; to learn and try something new and stay engaged in their health and wellness.
This approximately hour-long program consists of a short presentation on the importance of self care and the benefits of Reiki practice; followed by a Q&A and complementary 10 minute Reiki samples (as time permits)
Reiki Days at Work: $255/$425*
Hire Reiki Flow for the day (or a half day) to set up shop and treat your employees on site!
Half day (3 hours) $255- Up to 5, 30 minute sessions
Full day (6 hours) $425 - Up to 10, 30 minute sessions
Private Reiki Sessions
You will receive the most benefit from Reiki with regular, one hour sessions however shorter sessions are also available to suit your schedule. The regularity of sessions helps keep you balanced and grounded. You can receive your sessions laying on a Reiki table, or seated - whatever your preference. Purchase a single session, or a package of three sessions. 15 minutes free consultations are available.

Reiki Flow On The Go Mobile Service**
Reiki Flow provides services 'On the Go' mobile service in the GTA! We can visit you wherever you are. As long as you have a quiet place, you can enjoy a Reiki session.
Distance Sessions**
Distance sessions, when performed with the right preparation, are just as effective as hands-on sessions.
